We are able to provide a budget estimate based on your standard house plans however to provide you with a comprehensive fixed price quote we would require a properly prepared set of house plans with detailed drawings, structural information, Basix, bushfire and council requirements so we have a clear idea of exactly what is involved. This allows us to accurately quote for labour and subcontracting costs.
Also a building schedule providing specific detail about the materials, fittings and fixtures you want for every part of the house. This will help us give an accurate costing for the materials required.
If necessary we can help you through this process with the help of some drafts people and architects who we have formed good working relationships with over the years.

We are based in the Southern Highlands of NSW so predominately our work is there however we are able to travel further afield.

Absolutely! Communication is the key and working in partnership with our clients is critical to our success. Regular site meetings are scheduled to discuss progress, milestones, works coming up and selections, if needed.
We include a payment schedule in the contract and this can be discussed in detail with the client at the time of quoting.
